Beurteilung: ST-Senkung mit neg. T-Welle in Abl. I, II und aVL (anterolateral), sowie ST-Senkung in V2 - V6, also von der Septumspitze nach lateral.

	Abl.: I, II, III ST-Senkung mit neg. T-Welle in Abl. I, II
	Abl.: aVR, aVL, aVF ST-Senkung mit neg. T-Welle in Abl. aVL
	Abl.: V1, V2, V3 ST-Senkung V2 - V3, also über der Septumspitze
	Abl.: V4, V5, V6 ST-Senkung V4 - V6, also Vorderwand.

Insgesamt geht die Ischämie über die gesamten Vorderwand.
